Troubleshooting
Fix sign-in, app links, missing tools and connection status without exposing credentials.
The app link does not open
Make sure the client is installed and its link handler is registered. Use the terminal alternative or copyable setup message in the dialog. Native links only prepare a request; you must submit it in the agent and approve OAuth in Orion.
Access is approved, but verification is waiting
Finish authentication in the assistant, enable the Orion server if your client asks, and request an Orion read such as “Show my campaigns.” Then use Check connection.
Orion verifies successful tool access, not just consent or a ping. If a client reports a different name, inspect Your connections. A successful request from an unrelated existing agent does not finish a new setup flow.
A tool or action is missing
Available tools depend on your granted access, workspace mode and actual connected capabilities. Approving or activating outreach and provider sends are not part of the standard agent draft tools.
If a channel is connected but an action is unavailable, check its account type and capability status. Do not substitute a generic raw API call for a permission the app has not granted.
A save or action was interrupted
Check the current record and action status before repeating it. A draft may already have been saved even if a client stopped waiting. For uncertain external actions, let the app reconcile the outcome rather than retrying blindly.
