Campaigns, drafts and approvals

Understand drafts, configured automation guardrails and current delivery limits.

Start with a draft

Open Outbound to create a campaign and add prospects through the supported import flow. Give the campaign a clear purpose and review the list, identities and source material.

An agent with draft access can help create a campaign draft or prepare a prospect import. The current connection provides read and draft tools only; it cannot execute outreach.

Configured guardrails for automation

The intended outreach workflow is automatic by default once sending is enabled and real reply reading is proven. Configured hard guardrails must bound the sender, audience, message approach, schedule, limits and stop conditions. A refusal always wins over an automation instruction.

Those controls do not enable sending in the current release. Campaign sending and reply ingestion remain unavailable, and the standard agent connection cannot activate campaigns or send messages.

Read the outcome honestly

A campaign can be saved, approved or paused without a message being delivered. In this release, approval sends nothing: no campaign sending service is registered, and campaign reply ingestion is not yet built. Firm-wide sending stays off until real reply reading and the required stop controls are proven.

Current agents have no send tool. If an action’s outcome is uncertain, check its status before retrying. Do not treat a timeout as proof that nothing happened.

Turn a real conversation into the next step

Record what the customer actually agreed to, keep source evidence with the campaign or deal, and assign the next action to a person. A held meeting, signed agreement or payment should be recorded from real evidence, not inferred from a draft.
