Use your own account, understand verification and recover a session.
Use your registered email
Open Orion and sign in with your registered email address and password. The account must be confirmed and linked to an active team member. Signing in does not create workspace membership.
Follow your workspace’s verification policy
Your workspace may ask for an authenticator verification step. Complete it in Orion before returning to the page or agent that started sign-in.
Single sign-on is shown as coming soon. A disabled SSO button does not provide an alternate way into the workspace.
When a session expires
Sign in again, then return to the action you were reviewing. If a save was interrupted, keep the original form open while you restore your session. Check for a successful save before submitting the same action again.
